Please note - for any team or individual to enter any competition the entry fee must be paid to the League Treasurer BEFORE the closing date
Cider Cup Full teams of 8. Match played under usual match conditions, with last hand being played man-for-man with both teams in the alley. Played from November until January. Closing date 30th September. Entry fee £2. Teams must bring a sticker-up.
Whitbread Trophy Single players. Match played without a front pin. Players skittle in rotation rather than in scoreboard order - i.e First man plays first on opening hand, but 8th on second hand, then 7th etc. Closing date for entries 17th December. Entry fee £1 per player. Stickers-up provided - cost £1.50 per player
Single Pin Single players. Match played with a single pin which moves around the diamond after each hand. Players skittle as per Whitbread Trophy matches. Closing date for entrants 30th September. Entry fee £1 per player. Stickers-up provided - cost £1.50 per player per match
Nomination Cup Teams of 4 players. Players must hit the pin nearest to them (the nominated pin) for any score i.e if the front pin is missed by the first ball nothing is scored for that ball. Closing date for entries 17th December. Entry fee £2 per team. Sticker up provided @ £1.50 per man
.Hooper Cup Single players. Closing date for entries 17th December. Entry fee £1 per player. stickers-up provided - cost £1.50 per player per match
Open Pairs 2 players, one of which must be a registered league player. The other player can be male or female, a member of this league or not. Match played under normal match conditions (7 hands in usual rotation). Closing date for entries 1st April. Entry fee £2 per pair (£1 per player). Stickers-up provided - cost £3 per pair (£1.50 per player)
Coronation Pairs 2 players - both of whom must be registered league players. Match played under normal match conditions (7 hands in usual rotation). Closing date for entries 1st April. Entry fee £2 per pair (£1 per player). Stickers-up provided - cost £3 per pair (£1.50 per player)
